Managing Workspace Seats

Building complex forms shouldn't be a solo mission. Whether you are an agency managing multiple clients or a startup scaling your operations, our Workspace system allows you to collaborate seamlessly with your team. By separating your projects and team members into distinct workspaces, you can ensure that everyone has access to exactly what they need—and nothing they don't.

So let's get started!

1. Login

To start, you'll need to login to your WonderForm account. You can do so by clicking on the following link: Login.

2. Inviting Team Members (Collaborate)

To start building together, you first need to invite your colleagues to your workspace.

Navigate to the Collaborate tab in your sidebar under the WORKSPACE category.

• E-mail address: Enter the email address of the team member you want to invite (e.g., team@example.com).
• Workspace Selection: Use the dropdown menu to select which specific workspace they should be part of.

Click Send Invitation to send them a secure link to join your team.

You can track your invitations by toggling between the Invite, Pending, and Users tabs at the top of the page.

3. Organizing with Workspace Manager

If you are managing multiple brands or clients, you don’t want all your forms in one big pile. The Workspace Manager helps you separate team members and their projects into clean, isolated environments.

In the Workspace Manager tab, you can:

• Create: Set up new workspaces for different departments or clients.
• Edit: Rename or update existing workspace settings.
• Active: View which workspace is currently active for your current session.

4. Activating & Switching Workspaces

When you are ready to work on a specific set of forms, you need to "Activate" that workspace.

• Select the workspace you want to work in from the dropdown menu.
• Click the purple Activate button to switch your current session to that environment.

Pro Tip: You can always change workspaces instantly using the keyboard shortcut: Shift + Alt + W.

5. Collaboration Roles

Once a team member joins, they can collaborate directly on form architecture, design, and data analysis. This ensures that your "Visual Logic" is always a collaborative effort, allowing your team to build smarter forms, faster.
